IMPORTANT BROWN COUNTY 2024 REAPPRAISAL INFORMATION
Brown County has finished its portion of the 2024 Revaluation of Real Property. The County Auditor’s office has submitted values to the Ohio Department of Taxation and is awaiting their approval on the those Brown County 2024 values. Look for updates as more information is available.

There is currently not an Auditor’s Sale of Forfeited Land scheduled for 2024. Check back in 2025 for information on a future Auditor’s Sale of Forfeited Land in Brown County.
